- Q: How is an Antenna Removed and Installed on an Acura Legend?A:With long tipped pliers, unbolt the cap nut on the fender keeping the antenna down, then unscrew and detach all three parts. Pull off the left inner door panel while the trunk is open. First, unplug the electrical connector. Then remove the two nuts, and pull out the antenna. You have to take the antenna down and unscrew its holding bolt in the exact opposite order you put everything back in.
