    How to disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal and remove the steering column covers on Acura TL? Posted by Customer

    Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal. Remove the driver's side dashboard lower cover. Remove the three screws from the steering column cover to take off the upper and lower steering column covers. Carefully pry apart the upper and lower halves of the steering column cover to disengage the tabs and remove the covers. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
