The Acura Integra Seat Belt is designed to hold every driver and passenger in place in the event of sudden stops or collisions, reducing the risk of injury by limiting the movement of the body and positioning passengers for maximum airbag assistance. Early Acura Integra models followed the general trend of moving from optional 1950s lap straps to mandatory three-point arrangements of the 1960s.
