How to replace the Air Filter on an Acura Legend?

Change the air filter at the times agreed on by the manufacturer. Carefully unscrew the cover's screws, then lift the cover straight up. When working on the air cleaner, be sure to prevent anything from falling into its parts. Take the air filter from the housing and clean the inside wall of the housing with a clean cloth. For Legend models, hold the retaining spring up to let go of the filter, then remove the filter element. Set the new filter inside the air cleaner housing, making sure it fits at the lowest point. On a Legend model, you must put in the spring while lowering the filter into its place. Put the air cleaning cover on and make sure all the screws are tight.
