The car has two horns situated at the front of the vehicle, behind the bumper cover and underneath the
Headlight housings. Start by raising the front part of your vehicle and resting it on jackstands. Next, remove the engine splash shield. Flashlight can be used to locate the specific horn that needs to be replaced. This is called right horn. The left horn is positioned similarly at the base of left headlight housing. The engine splash shield must be taken off in order to reach either horn. First, disconnect any electrical connector from a horn then take out a mounting bolt for a horn. Disconnect an electrical connector from a horn as well. Unbolt and remove a mount bracket of a horn itself finally removing it too. Installation is simply removal in reverse form.
