Sway Bar Kit removal involves removing the rear sub frame. It is important to note that the need to remove the Sway Bar Kit from the vehicle is usually due to damage from an accident. If this is the case, it is highly likely that other major components (such as the sub frame itself) have also been damaged. We recommend having the vehicle inspected by a qualified body repair shop before replacing the Sway Bar Kit. The rear Sway Bar Link replacement procedure is similar to the front Sway Bar Link procedure. On 2007 Acura MDX models it isn't necessary to remove the sub frame to remove the Sway Bar Kit. The links and Sway Bar Bushing can be removed following the described procedure.
