Acura 16010-ST5-933 Fuel Filter Set (Toyo Roki)

This job should be done with the engine cold, ideally after sitting for at least three hours. The fuel filter can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. Begin by relieving the fuel system pressure, then disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. Place shop towels around and under the filter for cleanliness. Remove the banjo bolt, unscrew the threaded fitting, remove the clamp bolt and lift the filter from the engine compartment. It isn't necessary to remove the small service port bolt in the center of the banjo bolt on models so equipped. If available, use a flare nut wrench to disconnect the fuel line then use a socket and extension to remove the filter clamp bolt. When installing, do the reverse of removal. Use new sealing washers on either side of the banjo fitting and tighten the banjo bolt to the torque. The threaded line fitting should be tightened securely. Finally, start the engine and check for leaks.
