After guiding the knuckle and hub assembly into position, you should install new fasteners but do not tighten them yet. Then, connect the ball joint to the steering knuckle and install the nut, but don't tighten it yet. Attach the tie-rod to the steering knuckle arm.

To remove the lower arm B for Pilot and MDX models, support it with a floor jack under the shock/coil spring assembly pocket and raise the suspension until it begins to compress. Then, remove the two nuts/bolts that secure the shock/coil spring assembly to the lower arm B. Remove the steering knuckle to lower arm B bolt/nut and slowly lower the control arm.
