    How to remove and install the Coolant Reservoir on an Acura Legend? Posted by Customer

    The coolant container sits beside the radiator in the engine compartment corner. On a Legend car, begin with the main hose from the radiator head to the top of the coolant holder. Loosen the cap while you carry the hose, and move the reservoir straight out from the frame. Unhook your hose from the reservoir's top, take off the lower splash shield, pull the reservoir downward, and then disconnect the hose from the bottom. On all cars, empty the coolant into a holding container before you start work. Take apart the reservoir, look for damage, then put it back. Installation is the reverse of removal.
