Shipment Issues

  • How do I obtain a tracking number for my order? When can I expect my order to be delivered? My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
  • How can I find additional information regarding a delivery from the shipping carrier?
  • The shipping carrier has my package(s). Why haven't they delivered my package(s) yet?

  • If I have an order with backordered parts, will you split ship what is available and ship backordered parts when they're available?
  • How do I obtain a tracking number for my order? When can I expect my order to be delivered? My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
    An email with tracking information is sent to you when your order ships. You can also check your order status on the "Track Order" page to obtain your tracking number.

    Orders are generally delivered within 1-3 business days once picked up by the shipping carrier. We work hard to process your part(s) order quickly. Please check the tracking number to view the estimated delivery date provided by the shipping carrier's website.

    Tracking numbers are generally activated in the early evening. It usually takes a few hours, but can take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to show any progress. If any issues remain after that time frame, please contact the shipping carrier. In some rare occasions, orders may be delivered with no movement appearing on the tracking number when you track your shipment.

  • The shipping carrier has my package(s). Why haven't they delivered my package(s) yet?
    We want your package(s) to be delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, the priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your local shipping facility.
    Please contact USPS 1-800-275-8777, UPS at 1-800-742-5877, and FedEx 1-800-463-3339 to obtain further status on your package(s).
  • When will the shipping carrier make its next delivery attempt?
    The USPS/UPS/FedEx driver indicates on the notice the approximate time range within which the next delivery attempt will be made. If this is the first or second attempt, the next delivery attempt will be made on the next business day.
  • If I have an order with backordered parts, will you split ship what is available and ship backordered parts when they're available?
    If an order contains multiple items, the order may be split shipped. Split shipments may happen due to availability and warehouse locations. We may, at our discretion, ship most of your order with any delayed item shipping separately.
