If the continuity is not as specified, replace the switch. For most Legend models, the turn-signal and wiper/washer switches can be removed separately. Start by removing the steering wheel. Next, remove the retaining screws and lift the switch off. Detach the switch electrical connector from the wiring harness and remove the combination switch from the vehicle.
