Where is the IAC valve located, and how is it removed and installed on Acura TL?

On 2003 and earlier models, the Idle Control Valve is located on the underside of the throttle body, while 2004 and later models are equipped with an electronic throttle body that does not have an Idle Control Valve. Begin by removing the throttle body from the intake manifold. Next, detach the Idle Control Valve from the throttle body by removing the two mounting screws and take out the Idle Control Valve. Discard the old Idle Control Valve gasket and ensure a new gasket is used during installation. When installing the Idle Control Valve, securely tighten the mounting screws. The installation process follows the reverse order of removal.
