Park the car, lift the vehicle off the ground, and fit three sturdy jack stands to hold it safely. Take off the battery's negative cable, keeping the radio's correct activation code ready if it has theft-prevention technology. When you're under the car, take off the bolts or screws that hold down the burger cover at the bottom, then in the front wheel space, take off the screws holding the burger cover to the splash shield. For Integra models, unscrew the cover-to-chassis bolts, then remove the screws or plastic retaining rivets that hold the upper part of the bumper cover, by pulling away the cover assembly from the car while keeping track of where everything attaches. Take off any power connections that might block the bumper's removal, and, when needed, take out the rubber gussets on either side of the bumper with four bolts, then unfasten the bumper from the car by working backwards. Place your vehicle's park brake, lift it, then jack up the rear to keep the car stable on jackstands before working. In the undercarriage, unscrew all the plastic clips and screws that hold the covering along the bottom edge, before loosening and pulling off all the screws around the rear wheel opening. Remove the screws and clips from the top part of the bumper cover while keeping it fastened to the car from the sides and back end. On Integra models, four nuts below the tail lights hold the cover in place, and you have to take off the trunk's back panel to reach them. To access the bumper beam, first remove any necessary foam isolator rivets with a drill. Then undo the bumper retaining bolts and take out the bumper assembly by pulling it from the vehicle, reverse this process when installing.
