- Q: What preliminary steps are necessary before diagnosing a horn issue on an Acura Integra?A:Start your electrical check by examining the Fuses first. Unplug the electrical connector connecting the horn to its power supply. Jump two wires to your battery: one positive and one negative end. Plug them into horn connections to see if it works. If the horn doesn't sound, replace it. Press the horn switch while inspecting the battery voltage at the horn connector.
