A small number of engines equipped with double overhead camshafts have an oil cooler that is fitted between the engine block and the oil filter. After removing it, first remove the coolant by taking off the oil filter. Then take away from the oil cooler, get ready for coolant coming out of open fittings. Put covers on or plug these openings in order to stop that from happening. Afterwards, loosen a large nut that is really a hollow retainer bolt located in the center of an oil cooler and detach it from the engine. To install, do everything exactly in reverse order: be sure to replace old gasket (oil-cooler-to-block), lubricate it using clean engine oils then fix coolant hoses tightly at fittings; observe this procedure while installing another new oil-filter as well as changing your engine-oil; you should refill both coolants plus oils if necessary; before meeting your requirements, start up your machine then confirm any leakages related with water and motor-oils; finally ensure again that there are enough levels of both fluids required.
