- Q: How do you remove and inspect the front stabilizer bar and Bushing on Acura Legend?A:Apply the parking brake, loosen the front wheel lug nuts, raise the front of the vehicle, and support it securely on jackstands before removing the wheels. For Integra models, detach the steering/suspension crossmember from the underside of the vehicle and lower it to the ground, then remove the bolts attaching the sway bar brackets to the crossmember. For Legend models, remove the bolts attaching the sway bar brackets to the underside of the vehicle. Detach the sway bar link bolts from the Radius Arms for Integra models or the lower arms for Legend models, noting the order of spacers, washers, and bushings on the link bolt. Remove the bar from under the vehicle, pull the brackets off the Sway Bar Kit, and inspect the bushings for cracks, hardness, and other signs of deterioration; replace any damaged bushings. Installation follows the reverse order of removal.
