To remove the headlight switch, high beam/low beam switch and turn signal switch which make up multi-function switch, disconnect its electrical connectors from the switch and take out retaining screws. Finally prise apart the little pad on a small lug of a key way by means of careful fingers to get into a position where you can yank it out; after that you will have to pull out this very item which is called "a wiper/washer switch".
