First of all, before you can replace a cylinder head, you should relieve fuel system pressure and disconnect the battery. After that, drain the cooling system and remove necessary components such as power steering pump, alternator,
Intake Manifold,
Exhaust Manifolds,
Timing Belts, camshaft sprockets and coolant passage. Then remove
Valve Cover,
Rocker Arms, fuel rails, injectors and lower intake manifold. Check for damage; clean orifices that control oil and apply oil on new bolts. Install them by tightening them appropriately then complete other steps.
